The loaned out process has been always done in the middle of the IPL season and IPL 2020 has reached its mis of the season. Each team has completed their 7 matches after the last match took place between Royal Challengers Banglore and Kolkata Night Riders. The window for transfers of players is on the corner of the IPL. 

IPL'S mid-season transfer window:-
In this franchises can loan for both capped and uncapped players and for both Indian and Overseas players also. The window of transferring players remains on for 5 days in between they can loan out uncapped players and this season loaned out can be done for capped players also.

Players Eligible For Loan procedure:-
The IPL rules say the player who has played for not more than 2 matches can be loaned out which the player with 0 matches can also be loaned out. The franchise will set a meeting between them and they will agree to some amount in which someone going to buy and someone going to sell.
Fifty percent of the loan fee should be paid within the first week of the agreement and the remaining amount before 7 days of the final match played.
In this agreement the player who has been loaned out will only play for this season and also his parent team will remain as it is.
He can play all the matches with the new team but the player who has been loaned out cannot play against his parent team or the main team for he was in the team for the first half matches.

Can Injured players replace?
Not actually but yes they can buy unsold players in exchange for injured players.

Player :- Ajinkya Rahane

Current Team:- Delhi Capitals (DC)
Who would need him:- Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
Possible reason to loaned the player:- As is batting top order has been a serious problem for the csk this season. So they would like to strengthen their batting order. As Ajinkya Rahane has a good batting average and great experience in the IPL.

Player:- Imran Tahir

Current Team:- Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
Who would need him:- Delhi Capitals (DC)
Reason:- As Imran Tahir is a good spinner with a good number of wickets in the IPL. But he didn't get a chance this season to prove himself. As Delhi's capital leg-spinning Amit Mishra is injured and Ashwin was also injured during the starting of the season so Imran Tahir would become the great pick up for the Delhi capitals.

Current Team:- Mumbai Indians (MI)
Who would need him:- Rajasthan Royals (RR)
Reason:- As the Mumbai Indians playing 11 are almost fixed so for the player like Chris Lynn not getting chance to do opening. On another side, Rajasthan's batting order has been in problem for this season. Not a single batsman is consistent throughout half of the season. So this can also be possible if a good agreement sets between them.
